The uk papers seem to the best to watch on this one. Mr Hall is often quoted over there, doesn't get much coverage in Aussie.

Nope, but even though Im carrying a small loss Im not selling either.
SARs has been a mixed blessing for this stock, it got the speculators interested which made it overpriced, which is causing the current suffering. But then it also got the Chinese interested, and they obviously have seen something in it to proceed with the JV.
Also europe seems to be taking off, although this is hidden from the monthly cashflows. As I said before the UK papers seem the best place for this info.
Even the Aussie outfit is starting to do better with better local sales. This should help ease the markets perception that a capital raising will be needed just for survival(it shouldn't).
Now that all of the shares are out of escrow I think we can expect the ownership structure (aft only owning 50 of microgenix) to be cleaned up, probably by a share swap, maybe even before year end (but Im only speculating).
Also Mr Hall seems keen on a uk listing so that could be part of the cleanup process. Some his shares have been out off escrow long enough for to show that he has no plans of a mass sell off. If listed that could bring the capital for additional growth.
Well thats my ramblings for now...

bids still building, should be solid gain this week.
AFT need the following events to trigger future growth.
Acquire remaining 50% of Mocrogenix.
Appoint suitable retailer in north america.
Market to private/public hospitals esp in OZ.
If China can develop manufacturing facility, with Microgenix selling to retalers at significant markup, the potential for AFT is astronomical.
I can't understand why Microgenix has not entered into a JV with a airconditioning manufacturer to develop household air purefiers, this would develop a market for Microgenix beyond Phil Halls wildest dreams. and create some significant gains for holders of AFT.

Cashflow announcement due tomorrow.
With the lack of activity you have to assume it will be another loss.

I can see AFT going into bankruptcy unless the directors and former directors who are paying themselevs unreasonable ammounts of consultancy and directors fees can negotiate with Microgenix to take a controlling interest in the company.
The current board has also been employed and payed subatantial compensation due to their marketing expertise and their ability to convert startup coys into successful companies.
To date AFT directors have spent the companies development funds without finding successful markets for the products. All in all we are getting to a stage of needing to move a vote of no confidence in the current board and either find markets for the product or liqudate the 50% interest in Microgenix and return the funds to shareholders.
Either way if AFT does not change soon and start making sales and responsible investment decisions it will be time to pull the pin and send the share price towards the point of no return.

after having worn a loss on this one last time round I've learnt my leason and have already made one nice trade on this one recently. Could be worth watching in the near future as it could produce a nice little rise again.
