Fibonacci ratios

Many Fibonacci ratios MATURE at the end of this
month (Oct) which suggest there is a high risk
of a USA stock market decline.

A key Dow theory non confirmation warns something is
very wrong.

Are we back to aka 1987? I wonder? I don't think so.
We haven't had the extreme madness here. No Phil Briggs to warn us this time.
