Any thoughts as to what MET might top out at...considerations being that "Carmel" et al have found this company worthwhile.....Also that 70 % of company are held by Todd et al.....

MET has been updated to a 'growth buy to $2.70' by IRG, as of yesterday.

FORCASTING 17m FOR FULL YEAR = Aprox P/E 12

I notice that Fisher bought Hanover's parcel, & are now at 17%.

The share price should be nearer to RYM's than it is. MET need more liquidity, (as RYM), to get much higher, at the moment, IMHO.

Perhaps they should merge with RYM. Together they would only be 20% of the retirement village market. It would create economies, put pressure on the smaller operators, & avoid competition, between themselves.

MET Moving up under volume.

Rym has undisclosed seller. Why would you "undisclose." To peg your selling price?

MET's arrangement between Todd & Cook, re share register stability, ends next month doesn't it!

MET has been tipped today by James Cornell in Market Analysis.
I got out of this company a while back. Did ok but in hindsight could have been more patient. Ended up buying back in again. I'm pleased that the development phase is largely over now & they are in a good position to make some money.
