A Sunday Grin...
A Southern Baptist Pastor was completing his sermon on temperance.
“If I had all the beer in the world I would take it and pour it into the river” he roared.
“If I had all the wine in the world I would take it and pour into the river”
“And if I had all the whisky in the world I’d take that and also pour it into the river”
Sermon complete he sat down.
The song leader looking a little puzzled stood and announced, “Our closing hymn is hymn No 365,
“Shall we gather at the river”
