Not sure but watch the smaller targets CTL, FRE, KID and others that Fisher Funds AKA Cullen Fund have been buying into.
It wouldn't surprise me if NOG was in their sites as well. Be a good one for the Govt to control (thur our super). He he he he[}:)]
