Terms and Conditions of Entry for ASB Securities Online Survey Prize Draw
1. To be eligible to win one of five cash prizes of $100, the entrant must have completed and submitted the online survey within ASB Securities website by 5pm Tuesday 1 March 2005 and opted into the prize draw by filling in the blanks in the phrase displayed in the survey and entering a contact name and valid contact phone number. 2. The draw is to be held on Friday 4 March 2005 and the winners will be notified by telephone and confirmed via mail. Failure to provide ASB Securities with an up to date contact phone number and address may result in the prize being redrawn. 3. To be eligible for this prize draw you must be a New Zealand resident. 4. This competition is not open to employees of ASB Bank Limited or their immediate family members. 5. The competition is limited to one entry per person. 6. The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 7. The successful entrants will win one of five cash prizes of $100. 8. The prizes are not transferable. 9. By entering the draw, the entrant authorises ASB Securities to use any personal information collected via this survey for the purpose of providing the entrant with information about any ASB Securities product/service. 10. In accepting the prize, the prize-winners agree to participate in any publicity arrangements that ASB Securities may require in relation to this promotion.
