Graeme Salthoulse has been appointed a non exec director of A I limited or ASX: aie which is the code, this is a small manifacturing company turning over $70 odd mill a year, yielding 10% fully franked div in the last year, He has been appointed to expand with acqisitions but after the ION disaster we just hope that it's steady as she goes with debt/purchases.

Sorry The King have not been near the net for a few days, Mr Salthouse was basically the brains behind ION which came to a grinding halt recently, He started this off by back door listing some car part manifactures into ION expanding, in the end, way to fast without the revenue and profit to follow, ION burned alive, and are now selling off parts of the business to pay back debt, Mr Salthouse headed this group, but been pushed aside by the directors 5 months before it's colapse, He is generally a respected businessman who has the ability to purchase companies undervalued by the market and fold them into listed companies.
I E Limited is again this style of company, listed at $25 mill cap I'm sure they will do a rights issue soon or raise funds for more purchases, they are currently pressing doors etc for major car manifactures, hit on the website link above and have a quick surf around.
the ssh came out last night for Mr Salthouse at 5.4%, not a major cash imput but i am always pleased to see a director have a financial interest in the company.
That's all i know for now "The King".
Choose wisely on this one

The King did you get a chance to look around the web site to what they do ?. Downloaded chairmans report from nov last year and it show they have an $6 mill load facility available to them at any stage needed for growth opportunities that arrive.
They look quite a solid little company but the question is the direction they take going forward, think holding back the div for purchases that they are looking at is a wise choice given the reduction in borrowings or issue of new shares that could be required.
Currently holding it's pattern at the .20c level. No major news out or any features in ozzy papers for exposure yet.
THE KING say the company seems to have a base but what you said about there past put them in there present position,, so keep your eye in and let the smoke CLEAR.. [^]
