I am a long term shareholder in Wdt. They seem to produce more and more of their motors, but have so far never produced a profit. Have anyone any ideas what is happening there?

I was a shareholder in WDT way back.

They kept making promises and issuing shares but never made a profit.

Even Directors were selling shares on the open market, after issues and news came out.

The last straw was when The ex chairman of GM Lee Iacocca anounced that he is making motorised bikes with the brushless motor. Next WDT announces it is going to do it.

I e-mailed the WDT and they said they are not the only ones that have patents on these type of motors.

What is plain that with all the promises over the last ten years, the only ones who made any thing out of this company is the promoters and the patent inventor.

On top of that this company is not the only one making this type of motor. Margins are small, and competition is high not only from other brushless motors but other types of motors as well.

I dont know when the patent runs out, but if this company doesnt have its manufacturing capacity up by now it never will have and the chinese will be making them by the billions for themselves.

Get out now before you lose what is left.

Sounds like another Indranet.

But didn't Hunter Hall put $3 million in recently?

Thanks Andrew

But think I stay in a little longer. The motors are now being manufactured in Singapore. Margins may still be a problem.

Hunter Hall owns just over 10 percent now.

Yes, I see the attraction. New product with legitimate straightforward uses, Production begun, sales being established.

But we need to become more "mercenary". Is this company going to make a return on investment in the near future. It may do it in the distant future, but the return will be based on the value of your investment at that time after taking losses into account, not on your original investment.

I would hate to think what funds have been invested into this company since it started.

This company is a bit like a pyramid scheme.

Mr Green has 1 million options that are due to be exercised very soon at 15 cents each. Lets see if he is going to put $150,000 of his own money in to the company.

For a while there it was looking as though WDT's long slide might have stopped - 9 times over the last 2 months it had found support at 40 cents. Todays close of 38 cents breaks that.

Another company that will have to raise further capital! I've always thought WDT MAY be worth a look below 20 cents.
