See GPG boys are piling into these. Have held 4567 for several months now, primarily on valuation reasons ... P/E less than 7 and divi yield 5%+. Stock up to 210 on this news and downside now limited by having GPG on the register ... could be some interesting times ahead !!

Interesting that GPG are into this co.They have a majority holding in CNB as well,must like property developement.I wonder if there might be other plans as well.

GPG - Guiness Peat Group - are a NZ co (they also list in Aus and UK to my knowledge)
Ron Briely, Tony Gibbs, and the boys if that means anything.
Basically an investment co that like getting enough % of a company to try and get someone on the board as with Tower and a few others so they can influence what's going on. Mainly into property Investment but diversify in other sectors
Big players in a lot companies
