Why blame Telecom? Sounds more like it is more likely to be an ASB Securities problem if it is just their site.

ASB now have a statement on their website blaming Telecom for problems.

It is true Telecom stuffed up as we had the same problem at our work today... and it was indeed a Telecom fault...
