theres some good interest in this one today, looks pretty good at 3c-4c range.

Peninsula Minerals Limited is an ASX listed (ASX:PEN) mineral exploration company with exploration projects in South Australia and Western Australia.

The Company is creating major upside for its shareholders by exploring for world class deposits on its projects in the largely under explored and highly prospective Gawler Craton. The Company also holds 95% of the exciting Pinnacles nickel sulphide project in Western Australia.

Peninsula has recently identified and executed agreements to acquire a 50% interest in a major gold exploration opportunity, being the RakiRaki gold project in Fiji.

In October 2005 Peninsula entered into an option agreement to acquire a substantial portfolio of uranium and molybdenum projects in South Africa.

Hi all,

Sky Sunday Business last w/end (28jan07) re Ur Industry in Aust - spoke of SMM and PDN and 'recommended' AGS, CMR, ARU, MTN and......PEN

All of these pretty much have a defined resource, or close to it. Except for PEN, MC$50M, 514M shares, exploration ground in South Aust. Does anyone know what makes PEN a recommendation?? Why would Sky give them a gurnsey over other low cap Ur companies? 9c a share atm

Miner (4jan07) and JBmurc (1feb07) also started a PEN thread, can we keep all responses in donnie's, as this was the 'original'

its good to see PEN had a good run up to 9c, we may see more to come as the day traders get in over the next few weeks. keep watching for an entry point.

I see MRX has come back a bit, its maybe a good time to watch as well for an entry between 6c-7c.

I see Warwick Grigor from Far East Capital is a director...I wonder if that has anything to do with the interest in this company?

PEN having a great day....currently at 8.9c on volume of 30 million +

some big buying may suggest some news forthcoming.....anyway a good move off 8c open and the longer it holds the stronger the close.....9c was previous closing high so any close above 9c will trigger a breakout.....as always time will tell...

check this out.................
Seventeen historic government surface rock samples generated maximum values of
15,369ppm uranium and 4,282ppm molybdenum. The uranium and molybdenum values are
consistently relatively high, averaging 3,231ppm and 613ppm respectively." source: PEN ann, 27 November 2006

15369ppm = 15.369kg/t uranium = 1.5%............better than any u stock in the world......needs to be proven though.....definately worth watching closely. Even if only 50% of this is proven by drill sampling this would be quite simply outstanding bu any measure.

UNBELIEVABLE !!!

.....PEN closed on a new high again , this time at 10c

Been some serious activity since being at 8c three weeks ago......plenty of BULLS came out to play last week and kept the shareprice up with fridays VWAP at 10c ...hit a high of 10.5c but settled in at 10c for a fantastic close.....Another U308 stock with great promise....watch this little gem unfold....once it gets thru 10.5c it will be off.

over 200 million traded this week alone.....??? now the market need some information to justify the recent rise, before they get a speeding ticket from the ASX watchdogs

Cheers Schu
