-=Bass Metals Ltd (BSM) - Zinc Explorer=-
Interesting zinc/gold spec which has just broken through its resistance of 27c.

Things i like about BSM:
* Low number of shares on issue - 37m shares + 11.35m 25c 31/7/07 options
* Low market cap - $14mil fully diluted @ 29c
* Drilling in heavily mineralised NW Tasmania
* Three major projects - Mt Charter Gold Project, the Que River Project, both which have shown positive results. And Hellyer Exploration Alliance with Zinifex.
* Zinc (there major find) is at an all time high this month and reserves are set to decrease in the next 6 months meaning zinc prices increase.
* Four months away from a small-scale production (cashflow) start at its Que River base metals project in north-west Tasmania.
* Joint venture with Zinifex, with Zinifex currently looking for takeover targets and only in a JV with two companies.
* Strong management team with experience in the mining industry led by Mr Don Boyer.
* Recent acquisition of Saracens tasmanian exploration portfolio.
* SP breakout at 27c.

"Bass expects Que River alone to generate a cash surplus of more than $9 million at current prices."

Have a read of there announcements and Annual report for last few months, some very positive drilling results with more announcements expected in next few weeks. Do your own research on this but I hold now and am expecting an upward ride in the coming months.

I have a few BSMO myself. They are confident on development of Que River. The exploration upside is good with this one. It is currently under the radar.

There has been a major seller selling shares capping this stock, today they have finally stopped (after 3 weeks) and the buy side is growing. Im selling some other shares now to buy some BSMO to go with my already substantial lot of BSM.

Dont buy the options in my opinion, alot of people have assumed they are 20c options, they are actually 25c options so should be selling for around 7 cents, they are actually selling for 12cents giving the impression they are 20c options. I almost made a mistake.

I topped up more BSM shares today, hopeing for a news update soon regarding their Que River project.
