...down 31 today on threat of Alinta to take legal action

...anyone out there interested to comment??? It seems to me that apa could be at bargain price levels

Ananda, I have been following this share for the last few months. Bought a few here and there.

This drop has got to do with the ex-dividend of an unfranked 7 cents and trading ex-rights of a new issue (2 for 7) of $3.75. The rights are trading on the ASX (code APAR) starting today. So the drop today is about correct to the rights issue discount of $3.75 and ex-unfranked dividends of 7 cents.

...although I am very interested to have a few of those apa's, technically, there seems to be no great hurry to jump in... -at this stage anyway-

...maybe, just maybe, we'll see it trading down to the 415-420 level
