OK Folks here is the deal

1. 415mt resource of coal in South Africa
2. Approval just given from SA govt to mine this stuff.
3. ex BHP tenement... they flogged it off when coal was 48 p/t not 300 p/t
4. Resource upgrade expected to possible 1b+ t
5. MOU with SA power coy to purchase coal
6. Quality Management just joined. Mgmt took asx listed RSp from 54m to $1.08b in 3 years and coy was taken out by Xstrata
7. DCF assuming Credit Suisse's coal price forecasts and production in 2010 is A$6.7b v market cap of 242m
8. Ltd downside if any due to stock being so incredibly cheap
9. Coal sector running hot and sentiment is perfect for a small play like this.
10. EV/Mt is $58c vs say MCC at $40.00 or PRC at $30

not convinced.........
the stock has no broker coverage but that will change. and they have run from 3c to 30c in 9 months. It's all about to change

Thats exactly what worries me though.

I think its the same crew that had MNM (mantle) running hot for a while and they have dropped it and previously jumped in to CDS.

How high will it go?

Who knows, but there is one thing for sure, the party will slow down and when quite a few start running for the door with their profit taking, alot of others will follow.

You might think I might be upset by missing the boat, but Nahhh, its not that.

Its the fact that I watched the same thing happening with MNM and I believe that I will have a 50/50 chance on being right about this.

Yes, great fundamentals, but like a few other stocks, I think this can only run so far until the concrete has set, Meanwhile you have the hole Crew on HC talking it up and playing hot potatoe for this while. IMO

I'm not looking for new coal plays... I have two and they are doing fine....

if anything im weary of not getting too drunk at the party.

Both stocks could easily retrace 30% but looks good still at the mo.
Market is likely to run now too so this will boost things
bottom is in for a few monthe IMHO

I will leave the party when it gets too boisterous. DOnt want to get too drunk and fall in the pool :)

PS if you are looking for a play check out JPR.... but DYOR... its volatile.
