People lucky enough to be cashed up & able to do a take over of MYOB are smart people.

I'm going to hold onto what they want, & don't sell.

Look a few years out.

the offer is derisory!!

GPG, amoung others, should be shot for indicating an acceptance.

Absolutely insulting!

What are GPG & other insto's thinking! Surely they're not that desperate for cash?

I know I keep repeating the word but I actually feel insulted by that offer.

What do you guys think it is worth?

Be realistic now and crunch some numbers for us. :)

I got out when Archer had their first go, and boy am I glad I did. I don't retain shares in companies where management won't even investigate shareholder wealth enhancing proposals.

I don't think the offer is all that insulting. MYOB's balance sheet, their competitive position and the outlook for their customers has only gone one way since the $1.90 was waved around - and thats down.

What do you guys know that the institutions don't know?

What made Billy Gates a financially secure person?

Software, once developed & multiplied on a 25c Cd, or better still online, means big profits.

I think this MYOB crowd & Solution 6 before them are some smart cookies. I would rather hold than sell, that applies hopefully, for many years.
