Hi Bullet,
Into CBM/CSM gas ..... has just signed MOU with
BP to supply gas, from 2006.
AOE has just completed a capital raising, with >$11m
in the bank and they start producing from 2 wells
in July 2004 ..... and they have been well managed
(and lucky) to this point in time.
Technically, they have retraced almost 50% from
the last significant high and volume has been
increasing to above average, over the past few days.

As a holder I'm happy with recent trading, allthough I can't really see why the rise ? The uptake on recent issues (Notes and June options) was fairly dismal, leaving large holdings with underwriters, to overhang market.

Looking good
Volume seems to be holding as well. Nice move back on the 7th and the last 2 trading days has seen it pretty much hold on.
20/21c certainly seems to be good solid support ... so maybe now a move to resistance at 29c.
On the climb back up there isnt much in the way of gaps to be filled

ASX ANNOUNCEMENT – 27 September 2004
Arrow to Provide Direct Energy Supply to Beaudesert Industrial Customer
The Directors of Arrow Energy N.L. are pleased to announce a Letter of Intent to provide gas and electricity to AJ Bush and Sons (Manufactures) near Beaudesert, Queensland.
Following the discovery of gas at the Mt Lindesay-1 well, earlier this year, Arrow has negotiated an Agreement to begin providing energy to AJ Bush from July 2005 and to meet all of the electricity and gas needs of AJ Bush by December 2005 for a minimum period of 5 years.
AJ Bush is currently the largest industrial energy consumer in the Beaudesert region.
This arrangement is advantageous for both parties as it provides AJ Bush with a competitive energy price while enabling Arrow to make early gas sales from its field during the appraisal and development phase.
This Mt Lindesay -1 discovery, made in January 2004, is close to the town of Beaudesert and only 50 km from Brisbane and the Gold Coast making it the nearest gas deposit to these markets.
Arrow Coal Seam Gas CSG) exploration well Mt Lindesay-1 encountered 28 metres of gassy Walloons coal to a depth of 580 metres, in an area not previously explored for CSG.
The well reached this depth in January 2004. The Mt Lindesay-1 well also encountered conventional, high pressure gas at the base of the well.
Further appraisal of both the Mt Lindesay CSG and Conventional Gas discoveries are scheduled to take place before the end of 2004.
This business model for direct gas and electricity sales to local industrial users is one that Arrow plans to replicate to create a portfolio mix of customers to supplement its high volume, longer distance, anchor sales.
AJ Bush is a 100% Australian business, fully owned and operated by the Bush family and have supplied meat to wholesale and retail customers for over 80 years.
The A.J.Bush & Sons Beaudesert plant was built is 1993, and is Australia's premier animal by-products
rendering plant for both the red meat and poultry industries.
The sale of electricity is subject to Arrow Energy obtaining generating approval from the Queensland Department of Energy.
This announcement has been approved by the board of Arrow and the technical information herein has been provided by a consultant (Dr R W Day) with more than 25 years experience in petroleum exploration.

ASX ANNOUNCEMENT – 3 December, 2004
ARROW COAL SEAM GAS OPERATIONS UPDATE
The Directors of Arrow Energy are pleased to announce the following update on operations:
ATP 689P (Arrow 70%, Comet Ridge 30%)
The drilling rig has now completed operations and moved off exploration well Trapyard –1. The well,
located 30 km south-west of Millmerran power station, in SE Queensland, was drilled to test the
extent of the Walloon Coal sequence is this area. The well reached a total depth of 254 metres.
Electric logs are still being evaluated but initial review confirms the presence of coals.
The rig has now moved on to the Glenhaven –1 location, 50 km to the south-east of Millmerran. This
well will be drilled to approx 450m and is also targeting the Walloon Coal measures.
ATP 644P (Arrow 100%)
Arrow is finalising plans to drill a follow up well to Mt Lindesay-1 Coal Seam Gas discovery made
earlier this year. The well is planned to be drilled either this month or in January, depending on rig
availability.
ATP 683P (Arrow 80%, Comet Ridge 20%)
Arrow is planning to add two production wells to the Tipton West Pilot. These wells are designed to
test completion designs and to accelerate water production from the eastern side of the pilot. The
completion design of these two wells will be similar to the TWP-13 well, which is currently producing
around 140 mcfd and 700 BWPD. Overall the pilot is producing approximately 250 mcfd and 1800
BWPD.

Director buying a million shares last week gives confidence, but the nosedive shareprice did before trading halt, kind of takes away that confidence.

ARROW ENTERS INTO HEADS OF AGREEMENT WITH APT FOR
OWNERSHIP AND OPERATION OF KOGAN NORTH GAS
PROCESSING FACILITIES
The Directors of Arrow Energy NL [Arrow] are pleased to advise that the Kogan North Joint
Venture Partners (KNJVP – Arrow 50%, CS Energy 50%) have signed a Heads of Agreement
with the Australian Pipeline Trust (APT) for the construction, ownership and operation of
facilities required to process and compress gas from the Kogan North Project.
Under the Agreements, Arrow will design and build the facilities (comprised of dehydration,
compression and metering) with the assistance of APT’s owner’s engineer, Agility. APT will
finance the expected $11 million construction cost and Agility, under contract to APT, will
provide operation and maintenance services for the facility.
The facility is designed to take the Coal Seam Gas (CSG) that will be produced from the
Kogan North field (4 PJ p.a. for 15 years), remove residual water and compress the processed
gas to the pressure required for entry into the Roma-Brisbane Pipeline (RBP). The RBP is
100% owned by APT.
The Agreements and facilities will also be designed to facilitate future potential expansion of
production from the field.
Arrow are delighted to be working with organisations with the experience and stature of APT
and Agility and their inclusion, together with recently announced funding from 50% upstream
partner CS Energy, will further strengthen the execution and delivery of Arrow’s Kogan
North project.
In conjunction with the recently announced CS Energy development farm in election, by
which CS Energy contribute $10.8 million of development capital to increase their share of
the field to 50%, this financing of the gas processing facilities by APT completes the
financing requirements for Arrow’s Kogan North development.

Some notes from the company website...
Arrow Energy NL (Arrow) is building a portfolio of coal seam gas (CSG) resources in Australia and throughout Asia.
Arrow is involved in the exploration, appraisal and development of CSG projects within Queensland and Northern NSW.
The Company’s strategy has been to position itself as a major participant in the Bowen Basin, Surat Basin, Clarence Moreton Basin
and Nagoorin Graben coal seam gas provinces. Now Arrow is expanding overseas, into India, Indonesia, China and Vietnam, some of the world’s biggest energy consumers.
Arrow completed a merger with CH4 Gas Limited in August 2006 to create Australia’s leading CSG player. The merged company has a current market capitalisation of over a billion dollars. It has three producing projects, two more under development and approximately 15 more under appraisal.
Arrow is ramping up for a new growth period which will see the company focus on new high margin products and extend its footprint internationally. While continuing its focus on being a low-cost producer, Arrow will target improved margin gas sales opportunities through industrial sales, environmentally advantaged power sales and new products, such as GTL (gas to liquid), small-scale liquefied natural gas (LNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG). With increased competition in the power generation market, Arrow is seeking higher margin business from gas sales to electricity generation. On 20 December 2006 first power was generated from the Daandine Power Station and exported to the grid, meeting the Company’s goal of first electricity before the end of calendar 2006. Already having supplied Queensland with 15 percent of its gas needs in 2006, Arrow’s operated projects may supply up to 25 percent this year.
Arrow announced on 11 April 2007 that agreement was reached on the terms and conditions for the supply of gas from Arrow’s Daandine field to AGR Group company, Liquegas Energy Pty Ltd (“Liquegas”), for use as feedstock to their proposed LNG plan, which will be located on land currently owned by Arrow at Daandine. Arrow’s agreement with Liquegas is initially for 2 petajoules per annum over a period of 15 years with first gas supply expected to be during the first half of 2009. The LNG produced from this plant will be targeted to customers in Southern Queensland and Northern NSW.
However, the company’s growth opportunities are not restricted to Australia with India, China, Vietnam and Indonesia’s enormous potential resources of coal seam gas and gas prices ranging from $5-$13 per gigajoule (GJ) in these markets. Arrow Energy has the intellectual property gained by the development of multiple CSG fields in Australia to be the technical partner of choice in Asia.
The Government of India announced in October that an Arrow led consortia was successful in winning three highly prospective exploration blocks in India’s CBM III licensing round. All three blocks are in partnership with GAIL (India) Limited (majority-owned by the Government of India and is the nation’s principal integrated gas company) and Swedish infrastructure company EIG Energy Infrastructure Group (EIG). Additionally, in the first two blocks the large Indian Power Company, Tata Power Limited, is also a partner.
Arrow has an agreement under a letter of intent with EIG of Sweden for a farm-in to a portfolio of mainly exploration CSG assets in the Eastern coastal Queensland under a predominantly 50:50 joint venture between Arrow and EIG (except the Daandine Power Generation Project of which EIG will hold 30%). EIG will contribute up to $265 million to the joint venture.
