I was reviewing today my share balances.....what i had in my "portfolio"...(Directbroking)..comparing same with Computershare statements......I discovered that 10000 Cue were "missing"......Direct said "it cannot happen".....a buy made last year didnot result in a "Issuer sponsored holding statement".......they are now sorting it out......is this a one off.................I doubt it some how.
