In a Supreme Court (US) case the court upheld in a majority 5:4 ruling today 29th June 2004 (US) that the US Child Online Protection Act is unconstitutional. And that filtering is a better way to go than banning online porn. So it means the like of Adultshop can continue to grow and prosper in US as long as it follows the guidelines re proving adult are logging. Ie via credit cards. Its great news for Adultshop. I believe this was why they were hanging back in the US the main market for these services.
