Media silence on by current byelection

Anyone seen any report at all on what is being mailed to/said to Maori voters in the current byelection. On Maori Radio or TV ??

Brief mention in tonight's paper that they expect a very small turnout -because of the size of the electorate? Don't make sense to me - size of the electorate doesn't increase distance to a polling place.
