Right Nuts here goes.
I am a bit anti this company having brought in at $1.03 and selling out at 89c.Great gunnas.gunna do this, gunna do that!!They really lost their way a couple of years ago, huge amount af stock ,having to buy a new computer to locate all the stock.enough stock at one stage to open another 50 or more stores!!! Balance sheet under great pressure. get the picture.out of control.
Right they put their heads down ,got the stock under control, got rid of arbuckles and paid down debt. The second half is when they make their money.new ranges look good.So I would think the SP has only upside.Hang on.
somewhere there was a thread The King buys PPg.

Nuts ... Bricks is right .... if you are this keen on retail go with something with some decent prospects .... like SCY or Briscoes

Briscoes are doing really well and still more to come

The only time PPG shareprice done any good was when in the good old days when everything was going up amd a popular tipsheet started raving about it and the shareprice went from 70 cents odd to 120 odd and it has been down hill since .... wonder who got burnt
