Commercial property trusts

So okay all you gurus [ and everybody else] you have sorted TEL for me now what about the trusts; is depreciation going to be a big factor in their future? Or should i quit and how about STU.

APT states in their Interim Report, received today, that in a worse case scenario that the distributable profit would reduce by 8-10%. ie about 1 cent per annum.
I think the price of trusts probably reflect this already. However I am hoping that when finally announced a short term over reaction will occur to allow a top up.

Thank you for confirming my thoughtsBut it is already built into the price. If you are looking at div yields going forward, you will need to factor it in.
