Xero: founded by trade me inventor?

Ive been told by a few people the about a company called "XERO", apparently

It's a start up company and is founded by the inventor of "Trade Me" It deals in the next generation of communications within buisness.

Has anyone else heard of it?

Thoughts, good or bad?

Sam Morgan of Trade Me fame joined Xero as a director in 2007 and continues to invest in Xero
