Why do they bother printing it, being a telecommunication company?

My broker moved me from Telstra TLS (on the asx) to this lame duck. I note TLS appears to be doing somewhat better than TEL.

Maybe the split will lead to an implod and put me out of my dispear.

Krusty,
I think you should either do your own research or get a new broker.I think in the long term you are best to do your own research.I find I have learnt a lot from other posters, and doing posts has made me concentrate more,or be better focused.I have found if a company announces bad news best to sell as usually more bad news follows.

I second Percy, for me following anyone elses stock recommendations in the past has always ended in a costly learning curve, listen to everyone, learn all you can (as the markets "highly multi dimensional") but throw your own darts, imagine trying to throw a dart with the aim of hitting a bulls eye but with some one telling you at what second you must throw it at a random, thats the result you get from following others. Also be aware of following brokers or media, a lot of money is at stake and they are often using their influence to benefit themselves, their clients or their reputation.

I think that TLS getting 11 odd billion for access to its copper network was a pretty good deal....
so from one telecom to another when the existing holding just had some good news would seem to be churn?
