Australian/NZ tax rule - question

I am thinking of investing in Australian shares mon. Does any one know how Australian capital gains tax works for a NZ investor under the current regime? Do NZers have to pay CG tax? And if they do, what NZ tax do they have to pay?

NZ taxpayers are not liable for tax on Aust capital gains in the Aus tax system.Depending on your classification you may or may not pay in the NZ tax system.
