Is it just me, or is the Direct site a bit "slow" today? eg:yesterdays quote screen etc...

Steve, often this may appear to be the brokers site, but you will find that the feed comes from the stock exchage and they rely on the data that is transmitted from the NZX.

So rather than blaming Direct, or Access or ASB as is often done on this forum, the NZX may be the one breaking the transmission of data.

Yes NZX needs a bomb under it. They do not care about customers.

I'm told that NZX is also responsible for providing the info and prices to Teletext. On the whole the service is reasonably prompt and accurate. But you'd think that a few months after Widespread Portfolios got a main board listing NZX would by now have got around to including WPL on the Teletext pages. I've complained to TVNZ and they've said they'll pass it on the NZX but still nothing has happened.

Lawso what do you expect it is the NZX USELESS IMO.
