Could a wiser sole than I explain why the share prices of CNZ KIP PFI are "holding their own", even showing some strength when % are heading north ?.

My thoughts are that these companies have almost full tenancies most of which were negotiated before the property and office/building rental increases of the last 18 months occurred.In the last 18 months land prices have escalated dramatically as have the cost of building materials e.g. steel +40% and concrete +35%.So I am picking there is plenty of room for rental appreciation particularly when compared to new buildings.

I agree with you Bermuda. It will be when the next major rental renewals come about that it will be seen how much the property market has moved recently. Current rentals are lagging the market as they have been locked in.
