    Given they said they had been paid, but hadn't even sent the invoices, I would hold the OM responsible. If you are using a big agency, go straight to the top and get it sorted. WHile that would normally be your risk, they should be liable due to incompetence and lying.

    Thanks mate. The tenant is also a hard case. P/Mgr also had been having hard time with them.
