For property related resources, especially the Forums and the Resource Library - Propertytalk.com. Based in NZ and most posters are from NZ. Some very experienced property investors, property managers, property accountants post there.

http://www.cxoadvisory.com is by far the best site I've seen for comprehensive and up-to-date research on investment strategies. Although a lot is now subscriber only, googling name and authors of research often leads to a free version.

If you’re looking for an intrinsic value calculator you may find this site interesting. It’s a free service created as a side project. It calculates the intrinsic value for any ASX stock code using a variety of formulas. It can be used for quick valuations, and as a sanity check. It also has a stock scanner for finding potential bargains. Enjoy. https://valuefrog.com

Not really useful at all but occasional check in the morning to see if the financial world crashed overnight gives a quick visual.

Thinking about it I use the following for Gold
http://goldprice.org/
and for Oil

Haven't really explored the sites or checked their trustworthiness or fully appreciate what I am looking at. Usually just looking at a nice graph to see if it is up or down.
