Does anyone see much growth potential in this stock?

Just dipped my toe in.

Hard to see much downside here.

Market Cap of $ 77 Million. Last year a profit of $14 Million. They have $30 odd m of cash and no debt.
Paying a small divi and sitting on a tiny PE. Chinese dumping looks to be sorted. I can see a lot of upside here.

Under priced post last reporting season by some margin in my books. share price currently not showing that though..

It does look promising based on last year's results. Downside seems to be that it's a cyclical stock and dependent on the Australian housing market, which appears to be heading into a slow down at the moment. Would be interested to hear other people's opinions on this.

Quite a drop in SP after the AGM today, predicted EBITDA for 2017 is less than 2016 was, so I guess the market was expecting an improvement or another dividend. Will continue to watch from the side lines...
