Not quite sure I can follow ... why would your ownership cause a plane to crash? As well - planes don't crash because they are owned by winner, but because they are made by Boeing :
Anyway - current problem is not who owns the planes, but airlines business model (high fixed cost and swiftly dropping patronage) ...
