Hi.

I picked a few shares in this little beauty last year. Performance seems pretty good, it's NZ based, it was recommended to me by a broker it seems steady. Electricity from a mostly renewable source as most of NZ's power is hydroelectric and a bit of exotic geothermal, but CEN also does a good trade in natural gas.

I quite like this company. It's not given me too much pause for thought, it's not got any "show ponies" on it's directorship that I'm aware of, and it is what it says it is on the "Can" so to speak.

It's the sort of share to purchase for your 18 year old rebellious teenager so she can't really boast about it at her private school. I like understated, down to business beige dividend printing calm blue ocean sort of thing.

Having said all that, has anyone else got anything on this one?
