Thanks for your efforts wizAlvin and congratulations on the win!

A quick question on dividends....I had FMG which paid $2.07 in dividends. For $10k I'm guessing I *had* around 500 shares - that puts my dividends from FMG alone over $1,000. My dividend total is showing as $374. I haven't checked the others but $374 feels very light considering all 5 picks paid dividends. It won't be enough to get me into top 10, but likely out of a loss and into breakeven....this is why I vote for dividends to stay!!

Maybe something has gone astray on the dividend calculations, or perhaps I'm not understanding something?

    Thanks

Well done Wiz. Thanks for running the comp too. This Gizzard scan seems to have something to it.

Have you remembered that the tax man in both countries wanted to tax their respective pounds of flesh out first ?

You get notionally what is left over after they have had their party(s) subject to what Whiz's program might deliberate on these inconveniences .. maybe % tax for both has been extracted ?

FMG does appear to be just over Qty 503 on rough opening price - and gross dividends of AU$1042.82
    for the year.

HVN - rough opening Qty 1992 on opening price - and gross dividends of AU$747.01

OCA - rough opening Qty 7722 on opening price - and gross dividends of AU$254.82

RRL - rough opening Qty 5263 on opening price - and gross dividends of AU$105.26

WBC - rough opening Qty 461.68 on opening price - and gross dividends of AU$577.10

assumes AU $10k allocated to each of the tickers at start

Brokerage & tax ignored / not considered in the rough calculations above

Maybe Wiz could throw some light on this ?

Hey Wiz - can you check Div Calculations for joshuatree too please ?

    1. - Ticker ASX: WDS

    https://www2.asx.com.au/markets/company/wds

Drop down time period - adjust to year

    By my rough calculations

AU 10K Allocation start = roughly opening Qty of 442.47

    Divs - Au 1.462 (Feb 22) ; Au 1.599 (Sep 22) ; Total Gross Div = Au $3.06 for year

Total Gross Div for year AU $1354.40 roughly

    2. Ticker ASX: OOO

    https://www2.asx.com.au/markets/company/ooo

    By my rough calculations

AU 10K Allocation start = roughly opening Qty of 1602.5

    Divs - Au 0.488 (Apr 22) ; Au 0.677 (May 22) ; Au 1.291 (1 Jul 22) ;
Total Gross Div = Au $2.456 / share for year

Total Gross Div for year AU $3935.74 roughly

    Cheers

Thanks for checking that nztx. I could see straight away it was off. Might be enough to get me out of a loss, depending on the tax rate. As you say JoshuaTree should also increase, and possibly lissica in #9 and 777 in position #11 are worth checking....it might not be enough to change the order but would still be interesting to see nonetheless.
