Three youths steal two vehicles in Auckland and hit another during car chase

Three youths have been arrested after a car chase through Auckland this evening, in which they stole two cars and crashed into another, injuring themselves.

A police spokesperson said the police were first notified of someone driving a stolen vehicle on Beach Rd at 4.25pm today.

The police helicopter was used to track the movements of the car and followed the car to Ruskin St, Parnell.

The offenders then exited the vehicle and stole another car before taking off again towards Broadway, Newmarket. Police attempted to signal the vehicle to stop but it continued on, the spokesperson said.

Police did not attempt to pursue the vehicle with patrol cars due to the dangerous manner in which the car was being driven.

A short time later, the car crashed into another vehicle on Pah Rd, Epsom, causing all three of the offenders to sustain moderate injuries.

The three youths were all taken into custody. Pah Rd was closed for a period following the crash but has since reopened.

Where's Gingerly Ginny the Clueless hiding while this continues happening ?

Cuddles ( the police commissioner ) was interviewed before a select committee today and when asked about the 140 incidents of retail crime which occurs daily in N Z and what the police were doing about it he gave the impression that with the newly established retail policing crime section they ( the police ) were on top of it , great !

What he didnt say was the total number of police on that unit was 8 or 9 police people and thats not of Auckland, Hamilton or Wellington its for the whole of N Z !!!! pathetic absolutely pathetic !!

Lenny the KleptoCat: Auckland neighbourhood’s serial clothes thief caught red-pawed

For more than two years many residents of Auckland’s Kohimarama had fallen victim to a serial clothes thief. Clotheslines were being raided at will, neighbours would be missing socks, and even a stray pair of underwear would be taken, raising suspicions around the intentions of the culprit.

Fingers were being pointed at flatmates or next-door neighbours, and partners were being accused of tampering with the washing.

But finally, after endless torment, the culprit targetting the homes of Kohimarama has been caught in the act on camera.

Possible new candidate for the Transport or Education portfolios, Police, or even Defence - Chippie ?

He probably knows the neighbourhood well, knows his lines and doesn't hold any troublesome
Airport shares, whilst being quite adept to skirting large potholes, is faster from 0 to full speed and
has less catnaps than that sleepy Defence Minister you got .. nothing a stray clawing or swipe wont fix

It wouldn't take him long to learn to leave visiting cards on the legs of any of the wayward incompetents
to get rid of them in a hurry .. a very versatile candidate indeed for any of the spots vacant or occupied by more vacant lifeforms already

Stolen vehicle that had GPS tracker fitted spiked by police near Napier, youths arrested

Three teenagers, aged 14, 15, and 16, were apprehended after a stolen car was forced to stop when it became immobile after hitting spikes laid by police on a rural road west of Napier today.

A car had been reported as driving erratically on State Highway 2 between Tangoio and Bay View between 7am and 7.30am.

Police learned the Toyota had been reported stolen from Gisborne overnight, and Acting Senior Sergeant Scott Munro said It “sped away” when spotted by police patrols.

But, fitted with a GPS tracker, it was followed by patrols at a safe distance while officers were placed at wider cordons, leading to the vehicle being “successfully spiked” on a rural road west of Napier and heading towards Taupō.

Obviously they dont know right from wrong .. probably not enough discipline at home .. courtesy of another lame political seatwarmer Bradford with her anti-smacking misdirected spiel

Two police officers injured in ‘serious’ CBD crash with Auckland Transport bus

Fast track path to new electric wheels -- The boss did say Ginny it up didn't she ?

Just trying to park old crappier model in Luggage compartment on the bus to take it away and look what happen

The newer models come fully equipped with their own tool kits, crow bars, can openers, full instructions for use and 'bus near by' warning system - boys .. they almost fly themselves and are programmed to automatically leap over parked buses

Well that's a new kind of slow Ram Raid straight at us - Sarg ... Any more of these and we might have put in a request for heavy duty Fog Horns and Bull Bars on the Car

Teacher's car packed with students' kapa haka gear stolen days before competition

A Wellington teacher whose car was stolen – along with 40 students’ kākahu and piupiu – is asking for the return of the kapa haka gear that’s for a competition less than two weeks away.

Tina Mihaere-Rees’ car, a dark blue 2019 Mazda CX-5, was stolen from outside Wellington High School in the early hours of Saturday morning, during a noho marae (overnight marae stay) for the Wellington High and Onslow College students to practise for a regional kapa haka competition on June 23.

In the car’s boot and back seat were 40 piupiu (skirts) in two black suitcases and a clear plastic container of 40 kākahu (cloaks).

The self entitled little Scum on the loose have no respect for any sector, race, organisation, Govt, Authority or anyone, with their offending ..
