I am looking to get data on the whole NZX not just the NZX50 kind of like what they publish in the paper but in more detail, such as:
Enterpise Value
EBIT and/or EBITDA
ROE
ROA
Forward earnings

Do you guys have any ideas?

I sourced the following from Yahoo! data:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/44057876/NZX_quotes.csv

It doesn't have most of what you asked for (only EBITDA really), but you might be able to play around with the Yahoo feed. http://www.gummy-stuff.org/Yahoo-data.htm is the best reference I have been able to find on this.
At the very least that CSV will give you the majority of the stocks on the NZX.
