You mean implode more! There is no announcement they can make which will improve the situation. As scooter points out they are looking like issuing another billion shares which is going to dilute the share price by 20%-30%.

The current SP adjustment isn't really about the imminent dilution - it is adjusting to the announcement the company needs $7.5m for working capital! The dilution adjustment will come later.

It makes sense if they are still lining up the paperwork for the capital raise as they dont want to do a special shareholders meeting as well.

Capital raise is a very generous term - I think they are well into crowd funding territory.
