CRP hasn't raised all the cash it was looking for. It's the fault of the EPA. Some creditors involved in the consultancy side have been partly paid with relatively expensive shares.

Interesting article around the Maui Oil and Gas Permit
"Many of the effects identified were found to be localised and of a short duration. The DMC considers that adverse effects can be appropriately avoided, remedied or mitigated through the imposition of conditions on the marine consent and the requirements of other marine management regimes."

PSE, stop grumbling. Outgoing Federated Farmers President Bruce Wills had this answer for you in 2011 (I note the Web seems to have expunged this since)..

Here's my deal, I will go poop on his deck and pay him some money to clean it up.
He needs to thank me at the same time for helping the economy out, I am obviously a pillar of the community.
If he refuses to clean my poop 8 hours a day 5 days a week then I will call him a lazy bludger, he can starve to death in the cold rain as far as I am concerned.
