Spy has just completed a restructure, half year report coming, what do people think?

I had a look at their last annual report recently. They would have to half their debt or increase operating earning by ~50% to get me interested.

Pretty average half year result. Slight rise in revenue NPAT actually fell if not for foreign currency gains, Net debt virtually the same, in other words no progress made.

NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that at the request of the company, it has
placed a trading halt on Smartpay Holdings Limited ("SPY") ordinary shares.
The trading halt was placed at pre market open this morning.

SPY sought this halt to allow the company to undertake a bookbuild of an
institutional placement of convertible notes.

Good, bad, indiferent?
