Kirt. It is on my watch list , however not a BUY for me yet. A bit all over the place so far.However there is a good uptrend hapening at the moment.

Yield is good at 5.01%

Japara broke the $3 mark today, seems to be on recent acquisitions they recently made. Solid earner.
Aveo Group is also looking pretty strong. (AFR article states they have entered a JV into the Shanghai market, could get interesting)

ive sold out of this one but one that is catching my eye atm is egh on the asx. Seems to be at the early stages, still got a bit of research to do on it tho

EGH looks to be hitting all time highs. Worth a look.

Looks very interesting, my own scan picked it up six weeks ago when it made an all time high when breaking out from the consolidation area .

Ticked all the boxes on the weekly chart

CCI ABOVE 100
SAR under price
Break out to all time high

Did not act on signal due to asx being in the no buy zone
