The degree to which participants on the online share forum start having childish, off topic debates, to the point of getting banned.

(On a serious note, anyone checked out the valuations on some of the "safe" stuff recently?..like....geeez..)

Yes, and that is why I am investing in growth stocks. IMHO there has to be a PE point where the chase for yield becomes riskier than betting on growth from XRO, VML, SLI etc, and others will likely see this and drive up the price of quality growth stocks.

yes very pricey but as long as term deposits stay low they will remain pricey

Worries me.
The "good stuff" is very expensive.

In other countries they would no doubt give their left one to have our term interest rates.
