Couldn't find a thread so I thought I'd start one. There doesn't seem to be any chatter about this company, but I think they look like a good bet. Low PE, ideal sector, solid gains, solid dividends, good DRP.

Had them for some years now. Been a great performer, probably the best of my property stocks.

The DRP gives a 1% discount

It's REITs.
Their portfolio is very good : super long lease contracts
However the stock price is expensive too: 1.38NTA vs 1.9 SP. too much premium for a REITs.

I value a REIT as NTA + EPS, adding the impending dividend makes them 8c or 4% overvalued.

I said exactly the same thing when I started this thread. http://www.sharetrader.co.nz/showthread.php?8787-VHP-Vital-Healthcare. Not much of any substance in here though. This company just keeps rolling along.

There is another thread. Not a busy one though.
