In the process of opening an account with ANZ securities and they have said they are no longer taking applications to trade international markets like UK and US markets. They are closing this side of their business down. I have opened a commsec account and they will not allow trading US and UK if living in NZ. Perhaps I will just stick to ETFs on the ASX and forget about individual stocks.
