Nope, it's available to NZ Investors too, https://equitise.com. I questioned why the convoluted offer structure, rather than just a public pool. They replied it was "for tax purposes" - which clarified it not at all.

Even if I met the NZ residency requirements, which I don't, and also assuming that it is not a dog's breakfast, which I haven't looked into;

I would be put off by the $2,650 maximum investment limit.

Like, it is not worth the effort of pressing the download button.
