I have never done this before with Kiwisaver. Got sent the Tax Certificate, do these need to be included with the IR3?

No.

It is PIE income and no PIE income needs to be included in and IR3 unless you have given the Fund the wrong PIR. You can check on the IRD for the correct rate.
