Looking at M&A opportunities and bolt-ons to provide existing clientele and attract new clients.
Purchased Riyo for $600k a couple months back, an interesting add on for existing customers ( http://www.riyo.io/our-story/ )
Potential for Dividend soon?


Cons:

Small, perhaps lacking scale
Competitive Space, future price competition?
Relatively lightly traded

well....might be worth dusting this one off again soon. Taken a couple years since this post, I've been in and out. But taken a small position in this one again in recent months.

Generating good cash, hoping this might be the year they start kicking the goals.

Pretty compelling numbers, business cashflows looking healthy. 4.4m cash in bank.
rebranding complete, acquisitions/integration of marketing business and thai operations.
revenues for inhouse Quicta booked last quarter after significant development over the past 3 years.
presumably further M&A on the horizon.

Lots to like here in my opinion. potential for JCS to be a 10c company/ 30m market cap in 12mths time based on projections and bit of luck.

Great update in my view. Looks like they've finally got things together. Market Cap still sitting around $20m.... (6.7c/share)

Great turnaround year for JCS. all metrics tracking nicely, I personally think this has 10c/share written all over it in 12mths time if they continue growing as they are.
