I was looking at investing in Sleepdrops. I thought they were going to list on the NZX, bt seems to be through pledgeme,??

Sorry for the basic 101 investment question, but is that just similar to those sites people ask for money to help pay for things, like that beach people helped buy?..

If so, why would you invest in this when you don't seem to get a "share"of the business?

They appear to be doing equity crowdfunding, so you would be buying part of the company.
