Looks to be brand new start up. No properties of investors yet. If you want low returns while hoping for capital gain and the ability to resell in an untested secondary market go for it.

I would have thought any of the listed REITs would be better - less risky and easier to sell ones shares when wanting too

And the link above now seems defunct. Probably 3-4 years too late for this property cycle, maybe they'll try again in 2025 or so.
