"The Board of Smartpay is pleased to announce that it has reached a binding agreement, subject to certain conditions outlined below, to sell its New Zealand business and assets to Verifone Inc.for a cash purchase price of NZ$70m"
So are we to believe that the deal to sell the assets was all negotiated and done after 20 Nov?
And the sp movement from 21c to 28c from 18 Nov to 27 Nov is coincidental? ;)
