This is a kiwi stock listed on ASX. Been lifting off in recent months on announcement of numerous deals and strong revenue growth. The announced on Friday that products effective against Corvid-19
Not for the faint hearted at prices and volatility but if you're not frightened of risk, this may well turn out to be a very rewarding up another 14% today so far

Is this just good marketing or what "Zoono products use purified, deionized water & an antimicrobial compound.

We use a Quaternary Ammonium Compound – these are commonly used antibacterial agents found in products such as toothpaste, contact lens products, cosmetics, soaps."

What products contain quaternary ammonium compounds?
QUATs can be found in shampoos, toilet cleaners, hand soap, shaving cream, baby wipes, body wash, sunscreens, moisturizers, disinfectant sprays, liquid fabric softeners, anti-cling dryer sheets, disinfectants, and spermicidal jellies [1] [3].

Yeah I personally think a lot of hype and speculation. I looked at it on Friday and I considered it more of a gamble than investment personally so held back. Missed out on the 14% but doesn't fit my criteria currently :/

I'm wondering if you missed out an important piece of information namely the last bit?.

Zoono products use purified, deionized water & an antimicrobial compound.
We use a Quaternary Ammonium Compound – these are commonly used antibacterial agents found in products such as toothpaste, contact lens products, cosmetics, soaps.
While our quaternary ammonium compound originates from natural sand the process is synthetic.
Our trade secret lies in the technology behind the quaternary ammonium compound which enables Zoono to stay active and continue killing pathogens for long periods of times.

I think having products tested as 99.99% effective against Corvida-19 is a lot more than just clever marketing.
I have zero understanding of the products and science, but pretty impressed to see all the deals they have entered into in the last few months which suggests to me there is some substance to their IP

I totally agree, that this is a highly speculative stock

Take a listen to a recent interview with the CEO here: https://www.eurekareport.com.au/investment-news/zoono-group-spraying-away-coronavirus/146867

Seems highly speculative, bought the product, not the stock :)

Thanks zgnz I did and well worth a listen. Seems to me, the core value proposition of this product is that you only need to use it less frequently versus for instance others sanitisors where you are using it multiple times a day. I feel because of the current pandemic threat, there is almost certainly going to be a very fast step change in behaviour whereby people are going to start becoming obsessed with hand washing and using sanitisor. Possibly only a shorter term thing, or maybe not?? Also very interesting that the hotel chains are moving on it as would save costs, but also make customers feel better about staying.
Their IP isn't patent protected but rather by trade secret so that is a risk.
However sounds like the big consumer product/drug companies may not want to try and copy it as they make a lot of money by having consumers using their products on a high repeat basis i.e multiple times /day. like ink cartridges on printers.
Still a risk, although they took many years to get the technology stable to be suitable for commercialisation so may take a while for someone to crack the code.
Sales growth impressive $4m in 4 week versus $1.7m for whole of last year and now profitable. Also other suppliers are running out of sanisters because of panic buying so they are selling a lot of product at the moment.
He says they have just bought 1000 litres of the concentrate which translates to 100,000 litres of final product. Elsewhere $11 /litre is mentioned,so this translates to product with a wholesale value of $110m
However the market cap is currently $360m
This is a pretty interesting story to follow if nothing else.

Correction?
"He says they have just bought 1000 litres of the concentrate which translates to 100,000 litres of final product. Elsewhere $11 /litre is mentioned,so this translates to product with a wholesale value of $110m"
If $11/;Liter then only $1,000,000?

Yes you are right, decimal point in wrong place. That changes thinking a lot

Struggling to keep up with demand at the moment, that’s a good thing.

Market update. These guys sold over $11m in the month of April, compared to $15m in the previous quarter and just $1-2 million in each of the the 2 quarters before this.
Impressive list of clients using their product to fight Covid-19 including Rentokil, Bunzyl, London Underground. Lots of multi year distribution deals being announced. Fair to say the credibility of their product is now unquestionable.

Main question to consider is what sales will look like in a post pandemic world.

This stock doesn't look as speculative as it did 6-7 weeks ago

I thought investing in a hand sanitiser during a pandemic would be a smart move so bought some shares in March 2020, and then more over the next few months. I also ordered some bottles of hand-sanitiser. What I like about Zoono hand-sanitiser is that it binds to your skin and lasts all day, so you don't have to reapply it (even after washing your hands, apparently). Also, it is alcohol-free and comes out as a foam. I imagine the alcohol-based sanitisers kill germs on your hands and then your hands can easily get contaminated again, so you have to reapply the stuff every time you enter a shop, and sometimes too much is dispensed and it runs everywhere. All that alcohol might be bad for your skin? Zoono claims that their product contains no alcohol or toxic chemicals (microscopic pins mechanically disrupt bacteria cells and virus coronas). They also say that the surface sanitiser lasts up to a month on surfaces (even when routine cleaning is occurring![??]). Their product has been independently tested in over 100 reputable labs: It's 99.99% effective against CoV-MERS type viruses in 5 minutes. Has greater than 99.99% efficacy against feline coronavirus, the globally accepted surrogate for covid-19. The product is made in Auckland and sold in 42 countries. I don't know how this company will fare post-pandemic, but they have expanded hugely this year, dealing with airlines, vet clinics etc, and forming agreements with distributors. People and businesses are likely to maintain a higher awareness of hygiene for years to come. I had to sell some ZNO shares in order to be able to buy FBR stock, but I've retained some ZNO as part of a diversified portfolio.

I bought a few in 2017 and a few more later averaging about 20c. After being negative for a long time I was overjoyed to sell at average $1.50. Could have done better of course but it was all I could do to restrain myself from selling the whole lot when they got to 50c.
Maybe they have a great future. Maybe there are potential pitfalls. Who knows?

A post by moneymaker on H/C
"So I just spoke to my mate who gave Paul (the CEO) a call today and he confirmed the following:

1) That muppet on here telling us that ZNO obtains their core ingrediant from a US competitor- confirmed that this is BS- he stated they manufacturer their own core ingredient.
2) They on track to hit $60 million plus comfortably this year in sales.
3) Australia market is a tiny contributor to their sales, they gaining big traction in UK, Europe, US, Middle East, India- Aus market is insignificant to their bottom line.
4) No reason for the share price slide- he doesn't understand it, the Quartely was positive and the company is heading in the right direction on its core benchmarks. No reason to keep updating the market with every business transaction, core highlights are announced in the quartely- they also restricted on reporting every sale due to ASICS requirements.
5) He was quite expicit and about the f.ing keyboard warriors (lots of swearing used-) who spread false and fake information, he said he doesn't give them the time of day and won't even waste time responding to their garbage.
6) They are still working on the regualatory stamp of approval, however this is not impacting sales or crefibiility of the product.
7) Sales are strong and will continue to grow, he doesn't understand the volatility in the SP and he can't control- they will keep updating the market with good news when appropriate to do so.
8) Fundementally nothing has changed in the business- they are 3 years old and still going to continue to grow."

$60 mill in sales this year??? margins are very high. Heres hoping. Covid taking it to the people in the Northern winter, sadly.

A legal dispute tp sort out.
