First comment: Cameron Bagrie appears to have bought himself new glasses to replace his trade-mark lopsided pair.

Second - 8000 new state houses promisded - doubt if Twyford will get that to put that lot together.

PM Ardern has the cheek to proudly promote 8000 new houses....without it would appear the slightest bit of self awareness. They haven't even delivered on their original election promises on new houses. What confidence can we have of them delivering?

They still need to sort out the RMA to solve problem of development sites - where demand is. After that it's straight, forward - which doesn't mean it will happen. They will still have to overcome their own incompetence.
