This one confuses me as all the off market Sells are less than the off market buys. Not sure exactly what happens here when this is the case?

I think this is quotes in pre-open ? Hard to know without a time stamp.If it is pre open, it is an auction, the trading system will work out where the most volume can be traded.
and that will be the "match" or open price.
You might find something on the website about pre open etc to explain this better than me .
In simple terms .
BID OFFER
100,000 @ .20 50,000@ .18
25,000@ .19 75,000 @ 21
250,000 @ .18 150,000@ .22
In the above example the seller at 18 would be improved to .20 , so that would be the open .
The price will be left 20/21 50000*75000

Not sure if your vendor gives you a match price but currently.85 So if buying you need to be above , or selling below this to be done at that price.
Just be careful as it's not allowed but people manipulate the opens. Or large insto's will go in at the last possible second with big volume and take everything out .....
So this price is only an indication because it can change in a millisecond

Cool thank you, I will watch to see what happens in 40mins. Im still learning heaps so this will be very interresting :) I use ASB, not sure how they match pricing. Couldnt see it mentioned anywhere, will have a better look later.

Google ASX pre open, you'll find in depth explanations. Price match is not broker related FYI. trading is done on CHI X and ASX
